Baylor University has ranked among the nation's 'Great Colleges to Work For' for the 8th straight year. The ranking followed a survey of 253 colleges and universities by the Chronicle of Higher Education, a top trade publication for colleges and universities. Baylor also earned elite Honor Roll status for 2018, a distinction that it received for the 7th time.
